Developing human resources in organizations
Nurturing marketable skills is the most fundamental experience that promises a reward. Since I joined UCA, I have developed a deep interest in health matters. I look forward to becoming a senior nurse in any busy health organization. I aspire to contribute to the sustenance of human life by addressing the biological dangers to healthy living. I desire to save as many lives as possible to restore the hope that the human race needs, especially in this era of rapid technological advancement and rise in cancer incidences. My unconditional commitment to the battle against cancer serves the legacy I seek.
The rapid growth in technology has paved the way for humans to discover key aspects of the world. Modern inventions favor our odds against the health dangers we encounter each day. As a growing nurse, I have worked on my interpersonal and communication skills, which have enabled me to sustain relations and build my reputation in conflict resolution and mitigation.
After my graduation, I look forward to working as an entry-level nurse in a government hospital where my skills will be tested to the limits. I will boldly orient myself with the rising demand for specialist nursing services at my workplace. During the holidays, I will volunteer at a local clinic as this offers potentialentry to the health industry. Crucially, I am required to learn as many skills as I canto guarantee professionalism when I get a full-time job. In the next five to ten years, I would like to be a registered med-surgical nurse. To achieve this, I have to put myself out in the nursing field to gain more experience and, most importantly, acquire a license.
